Noob question: distorted fbx model import

So I get this weird distortion when importing fbx models, trying changing LOD settings a bit but didn’t work. What should I do?

Turn off Nanite?

How big is the FBX? Is it uploadable?

Nanite disabled. The fbx its about 36mb, 2700x2700. Pic related

Hmm I thought maybe it was cos it was too big and It wouldn’t load properly, so the model is ■■■■■■?

I think it’s just something that is always supposed to be view from a distance.

Great for a fly over etc, but never go near the buildings…

I’m assuming it’s auto-generated.
