Im very new to UE4 (Got it a day ago) and I wanted to download Epic Games free asset pack. However when I want to download it, it says I must add to project… can I not just download it and add it to multiple projects later on or do I have to redownload it for each project that I want the assets to be in?

Create a new project and add the marketplace content to it. Later on you can Migrate(select folders or assets in content browser > right click > migrate) them to any project you have.
