I’ve been trying to buy something from FAB for days. But I can’t get it and the poor customer service can’t or won’t do the job. I’m so tired of this, help me now!!!

I can not buy anything my cards always declined and customer services blocked me I can not reach them

You should first check with your creditcard / bank to confirm your card accept international payment or any issue with your card. What is the issuing country of your card?

You need to call your credit card issuing bank, tell them you need to use the creditcard for oversea payment, then the bank will do the rest (if they have accepted your instruction)
Further, some countries only issue LOCAL visa card with no oversea payment feature (such as some Chinese bank) , then you need to get another card which supports international credit card payments.
I have done everything. Problem causing by FAB but anyone help me. I dont know what will I do.
How can you determine if the rejection of your card was due to an issue with FAB? Just curious.
