Everything is set up correctly and follows this video by Richy. People in the comments also say it’s bugged. The buttons do not work press or leave the screen and does not grant the item.
On your video you do not clear the UI when button is pressed so maybe you got the weapon but you’re not seeing it ?

How do you clear the UI?
I’m still pretty sure it’s bugged, many people are saying so, I did not get the scar .
I also tried to hide the button when pressed in another test but the same thing happens, the button doesn’t work. Epic most likely just needs to fix this one.
The only way I’ve been able to clear the Widget UI is to create a blank one and show it on the same layer.
