Non-updating FAB earning balance

Current Earning Balance Is not showing actual current balance to date
(Only shows earnings from June and omits full July month)

  1. Go to https://www.fab.com/portal/reports/payouts
  2. Consult Current Earning Balance
  3. Only shows earnings until June

Expected Result

I expect current earning balance shows actual current earning balance up to date so my payment can be released on time

Observed Result

Current Earning Balance doesn´t update to date

Current Earning Balance represent earning from previous month(if you earn <100$). You can over the icon (?) to learn more about it.

Yes i know, that’s exactly my point, the balance is only showing earnings from June, but the previous month is actually July not June, we are finishing August already :thinking:

Yes, it’s August now, so that section only shows payments. And there have been no payments for July yet. In theory, on August 30 or 31, you’ll see a report for July there.

But i´m talking about the “Current Balance” section, not the “Monthly Reports” section which is the one you´re mentioning, the Current Balance section is supposed to show the current unpaid earnings collected since the very last payout to the current date, here is where i´m not seeing FAB update my current balance, the system is excluding full July unpaid earnings that should be supposed to be taken in count to get the trigger amount required to be paid on August 30th

Your current earning is showing June payout. It will take into account July payout at the end of this month.

i also have the same issue, the last sale of July 4th is showing in the sale report and today is August 22nd and there has been no sale till now. This was not possible. Either the sale is happening and the fab is not showing the sale or there is some other issue. Please give your valuable feedback on this. thanks

Well, the fact that there are no sales, that could very well be the case. In August, my sales fell 5 times compared to the same periods in June and July. And there are no particularly visible reasons for this. And there are even more assets.
So it looks like the traffic and client base of FAB itself are simply falling.
