nomansland in world partition?

I have a problem that I think is related to world-partitioning: I have two adjacent regions loaded in my level, and when I open it for editing a number of assets is not loaded - and it seems that these assets are fully located in the gap between the regions - with no points inside any of them. I can load them (‘pin’ in the menu) but this is just for the session, if I reopen the level again, they are again not loaded. In gameplay, they seem to show up. It seems there is a kind of ‘no-man’s land’ between the regions (the World partition map shows that too). How can I keep them loaded?

UPDATE: I found another, more problematic issue that may have the same cause: I have a close-loop spline, tagged, that I place where I want am area where a PCG does not spawns any characters. That too works great if a part of the spline is within a region, but it fails when not. So it’s not loaded on opening the level, the PCG will place assets inside this spline. When I enable it later, I have to re-generate the PCG to have it working.

I found a workaround for the problem but it may not work for every environment, by loading the unloaded assets and group them with adjacent assets that are loaded and belong to the same group of assets - for instance, in my case, this is one building, where just a few assets are situated in this no-mans-land; Load them, and group all assets of the building into one group. Next time the level is opened, these assets will be loaded
