You can use pre-configured lilToon materials and pre-configured URP materials.
For URP, after importing, please switch the shader to Standard Shader.
Note that Smoothness is set to 0 by default, so please adjust it as needed.

Since the GLB file was prepared in UE5, importing it will automatically load the material with preset map assignments.
This serves as a basic initial setup, so please customize the material parameters as needed for your project.When importing a material through a GLB file, please set “Pipeline Stack Selection” to “Material”.
If it is not set to Material, UE may crash due to recent engine specification changes.
