Every time I launch the launcher this error comes up that says, “Error! No version information received.” Also, whenelink textver I attempt to sign in, it says, “Error! Did not get a response. Are you connected to the internet?” And it won’t let me even see the option to download the engine. What could be the problem here?
Troubleshooting so far:
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
I have made sure my firewall is off.
I have rebooted my computer.
DxDiag and launcher logs have been attached.
