UE5.6 MetaHumans don’t have components for the Torso, Legs and Feet like before as you can add as many skeletal mesh items as you want through the wardrobing system. For each new skeletal mesh clothing item you add a new component will be created for you.
You also manually add the clothing items you want in the Blueprint, just add a new Skeletal Mesh component and select the mesh you want to represent the t-shirt.
