Here’s what I see upon creating a new project. Upon naming it, I’m unable to proceed without “Selecting a Template”. However, I do not see any templates. For reference, I’m on M1X Macbook, but I also have the latest Xcode and Unreal for Rider versions installed.

Did you include the templates during installation?
I installed it from the EPIC launcher and before or after you install, there is a choice for options. In there you check extras such as templates.
If you built it from source, my advice won’t help.
