I’m currently experiencing issues with the sky sphere within UE5 once I build the project out to an Oculus Quest 2. I’ve used multiple approaches to get a sky system that would work on VR. Each time I come to build them out, I run into the same issue with clouds and the sun not displaying (the sky atmosphere still colours as if the sun was setting, rising, or displaying midday colours). So, I’ve noticed that more up-to-date methods like the sky atmosphere and the volumetric cloud system don’t work in a VR build. Because of this, I thought I would try out the standard VR scene template that comes in UE. I assumed this was built for VR and that it would work. However, upon building this scene to the VR headset, I’ve found that while it displays clouds, the sun doesn’t show up. Has anyone any ideas on how I could get the sun to come back?
