Does this occur with any video games as well as UE4 Editor?
EDIT: I don’t think I was thinking, but realized you were going to put Win7 on another drive and you have Win10 right now. Could you go ahead and try that and tell me if it still occurs? We can continue from there if we figure out that it only happens in Win10
