My products are currently on sale and have a 50% discount, but they do not have a -50% icon and they are not in the SALE tab.
People just don’t see these discounted products, they’re ordinary to them.

I have already written to FAB technical support, but AI Bot wrote to me 3 times that they are already dealing with this issue, but there has been no response from them for 4 days. There are only 4 days left until the end of this sale, please help me.
