No response from the Marketplace

Hi, I submitted a C++ Plugin to the Marketplace and I got an EMail saying: “We’ve reviewed the screenshots and description of your content, and we’d like to review them in the Unreal Engine.”.

I sent my Plugin and after 8 days I didn’t get any response, I’m not sure if my submission got lost or if this is a normal process.

This is normal. Sometimes it can take them a very long time. If you are concerned you should PM one of the marketplace team members via these forums. Either Stephanie or Reuben are your best bet

I was not sure if it is normal because they respond in 2 days when I submited my first pack.

Hey Blue man,

If it’s been over a week and you haven’t received a response to your ticket, PM Stephanie or Reuben to let them know so they can investigate. Sometimes tickets get lost in the queue.
