I would like to know when our MODO material importer plugin for UE4.12 can be on the market place and if the process could be sped up. There are already quite a few negative comments from users about the slow update. I have sent the new plugin to “support@epicgames.zendesk.com”. It is said that “You will be contacted within 24-48 hours”, but until now I have got no response.

I have received response for this initial update for UE 4.12, and the update has been online. Unfortunately, I am waiting for another response now.
On 26th Aug. I sent to support@epicgames.zendesk.com another update of our plugin for UE 4.12. The update contains some important bug fixes. It is said that “You will be contacted within 24-48 hours”, but until now I have got no response again.
On 1st Sept, I received from , “Requesting Your 4.13 Updates”. Then I sent the update for 4.13 to this email address, and mentioned that I had been waiting for the update for 4.12 as well. Moreover, I asked some questions regarding the new workflow for the plugin updates.
Maybe I should not mention I am waiting for other responses on this ticket, but I really feel helpless. “You will be contacted within 24-48 hours” is confusing. I would like to know what has been going on, should I just wait? You know if you can just tell me “it is just normal to wait more than 48 hours” would be helpful to me even.
Anyway, thank you very much for asking me the states in this ticket.

I completely understand your frustration. Currently, Code Plugins updates and reviews are currently taking more time than initially anticipated. We are working hard to get them up to date but it is taking time. If you could, please send another message to your assigned ticket so it updates in our system.
