No Quixel Bridge integration in UE5 - no plugin

Did a clean install of UE5.0.3 and there’s no integration with Quixel bridge - no menu item in the editor and no way to turn on QB plugin. Has anybody had this issue? If so, how’d you fix? Thanks.
