Newbie here trying to follow along in tutorials. I have found in UE5 when it comes to PP, its shown in multiple tutorials that clicking on the tab in the outliner to the right of the screen pulls up a menu below with all the PP settings. This however does not exist for me. Clicking on Post Process Volume shows nothing.
You are probably on the “World Settings” Tab of the lower right box. Check to see if there is a “Details” Tab next to the “World Settings” Tab. If there isn’t, you probably have it hidden and need to go to “Window” options (Top screen to the right of file and edit) and hover over “Details” To make sure “Details 1” is checked.

Also, You haven’t mentioned whether or not you’ve added a Post Processing Volume to your level. If you haven’t, you need to find it in “Place Actors” To the left of the screen (You can search if that helps) I’ll just link you the docu because it’s actually pretty helpful in this case:
