No Payment and also strange requests from FAB

Summary

Dear FAB,

Below is what I logged a support matter with but have received no response.
I was hoping someone from FAB/EPIC could read and respond/investigate so if there are any bumps in the road help iron them out.

My seller page is https://www.fab.com/sellers/3DForge
I started selling in November 2024. and sold for $272.46.
I received the 100% payment on 2024-12-31 as expected.

December 2024 I sold only for $59.97
So no payment was expected as I did not meet the $100 requirement.
Then FAB made the 88% December payment mistake for those who received payments.

FAB then sent an apology email and stated that they will pay the extra 12% and also include whatever you sold in Jan 2015 but 88% off.
Whatever you sold, no matter the $100 requirement.

My December + Jan combined is $134.95.
I did not get any payment yet.
I understand that the planned payment would have been made on the 7th Feb 2025.

Now I did get two odd emails in the last two weeks asking me to update my payment details otherwise I can not receive payment and that I have 60 days to comply otherwise everything would be canccelled.
I responded to the first one at the time, stating that they must have made a mistake and that I have in fact already received a first payment from November 2025 sales.

I never received any feedback or response back from FAB.

So I am confused if FAB just forgot to pay me, or in fact if your system actually thinks that you still need something from me to process payments.

Please let me know what the status is of the unpaid money, or alternatively, if there is for some weird reason more or updating of information needed from me.

If so, can you tell me what this “missing” information is?

  • I would like to have confirmation from FAB if all is in order with my seller status and if there is anything I need to still do

EMP-15305 has been created and its status is ‘New’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

Thanks for getting back on this.

My post has two parts

  1. What has happened with the payment
  2. The status of my account and the warning of possible closer by FAB support if I do not update.
    It appears to be mistakken.
    It would be great if my account can be looked in by someone to check and I can get email confirmation or even here that alkl is good.

#2 is VERY IMPORTANT to me please

I have just now again got an email from FAB.
I have already received a first payment 31/12/2024
What is going on?

I have each time responded to this by telling them this, but I doubt that anyone is actually reading the replies from me.

Can you have support actually look into this, or tell me whom I can contact to get this resolved?

Our records indicate that you have not yet provided your payout information, which is required to activate your Fab Publisher account. Without this information, we would be unable to send you the money that you might earn from making sales.

Please note that if you do not provide your payout details within 60 days of the effective date of your Publisher Agreement, your Publisher account will be closed, your Fab Distribution Agreement will be terminated, and you will need to re-apply if you wish to become a seller on Fab.

Please visit the Publishing Portal to provide your payout information and get started selling.

I have sent 3 emails already over the past 2 weeks and have received no response
That is why I posted here and asked you for help

Everywhere seems now like a dead end.
Can you not ask support to answer my emails ro reach out, emailed from me has zero effect.

You need to use the specific form page: support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport
Since they don’t reply to direct mail(due to filters)

If you are getting ai response, try to add some keyword like ‘check account’ or ‘transfer to human/agent’

You are correct, you can reply to emails for cases you have already created, but new emails to the fab support alias will not generate a ticket on their own. This is why the email address is not listed publicly as a support method anywhere on the site. To submit a new support request, users must go through the support form listed above.

Also, just for clarification, we do not use any AI tooling for support. We do have standard templates for common issues that we may respond with, but if the information doesn’t solve your specific issue, just reply back and we will be happy to investigate further!
