No Landscape in Packaged 5.3 Project? (Non Nanite)

Hey Guys,
Yesterday I finally moved my 5.2.1 project over to 5.3.1 and tried to package it, after fixing some issues, I finally got my 5.3 project to package without errors.

So I made a DevBuild/Package. However when I run my packaged game there is no Landscape… There are Landscape Splines, they Show perfectly.

I haven’t turned on Nanite yet for my Landscapes, I also turned off spatially loaded for the proxies.
I know there is no Landscape loaded, cause if I move onto it I will fall eternally…

But no dice…
See Screenshots Below.

Is there anything I’m missing?
Hope anyone can help, check the Screenshots below. It worked fine in 5.2.1

Okay, finally converted it to Nanite, but tstill no Landscape after packaging? What could this be?

same problem here in 5.3.2 with packed game

I foudn out it’s due to Spatially loading in WorldPartition…
I tunred it off before, cause I want it to always be there. But somehow it is “broken” in 5.3.x If you uncheck Spatially Loaded it just doesn’t load at all…
So I workaround it by putting a new Loading Grid called “Landscape” Where I put my proxies in, and just upped the grid sizes to insane heigths to make it load most of the tiles.

Thank you so much! I also finally got my game to package and then this happened. I was very frustrated.

I have been flighting with my landscape the entire time in 5.3 with and without nanite. It got to the point where my landscape would package every other time. This trick you mentioned worked!

usually if I delete my Binaries, Build, DerivedDataCache, Intermediate, saved folders it would fix it. However this last time it broke it

I thought it was something to do with keeping my main level file with other levels, cause once I moved the other levels my landscape came back. Then it started to do it again.

I even cleaned up my external actors and objects folder by deleting some old maps from it. That seemed to work once.

Sometimes rebuilding my nanite and landscape and save everything would sometimes fix it.

This last time nothing was working, but this fix seems to be working. I change the grid name in my world settings to Landscape, then selected all my landscape streaming proxies and changed the runtime grid to Landscape as well .

Hopefully this fix will stick.
