No input for second created character

These are how the second character is created in the game mode. The second character is a child bp of the first.

This is in the 2nd character bp.

The second character spawns fine and the first character has full input, but for some reason the second character has no input with my gamepad. The option in settings “skip assigning gamepad to player 1” is also on.

Im not sure what the problem is.

Check the following:

  • Check if first character can be controlled with your controller - if not, probably you character / input is not set to use controller at all.
  • Check if the second character is actually possessed by player controller 1
