As you can see, it say that I need to install visual studio 2017 and I have it installed
Note: One reason for this bug that i’m not willing to test because its time consuming could be that i just uninstalled preview edition.
Under any circumstances, it should be able to recognise it
Update my guess is when you install preview after installing the 2017 then uninstall the preview the engine won’t recognise the main 2017
