No 3D view for model migrated to Fab from Sketchfab

Summary

One of my models has no 3D preview in my store listing, but I can edit the 3D viewer settings in listing editor. How can I get the store listing to also show the 3D model view? I have tried converting the source files several times and resubmitting the listing. The source model was an OBJ and looks good and behaves as expected in the editor 3D viewer .

  2. Enjoy 3D model, as per editor view and original Sketchfab model

Observed Result

No 3d model view in Fab store listing

Same issue for me. No 3D viewer for many my models, only 2D image instead.
