Nick Kotik - Wooden House Munich

Wooden house Munich is a two-story, half-timbered home constructed from glued timber, blending traditional German architectural styles with contemporary building techniques. This building fits well in rural scenes and can serve as a modern residential building, guest house, or a big forest cabin.

The interior is ready for your furniture - timber walls, massive wooden support beams, and wooden plank flooring.

Origins of doors and windows are placed in a convenient spot for easy opening/closing.

Two sets of optimized 8K/3K textures have been specially edited to create a varied wood pattern. Procedural materials are used for other parts of the building (in Blender).

2 variants are available:

  • .blend file offers the best quailty with unapplied bevel modifiers and a "fake" bevel for roof tiles created with a node in the shader which works only in Cycles engine.

  • All other formats contain a set 8K-3K JPEG textures for wood material and no bevel for roof tiles. Roughness map can be used as Bump.

Renders made in Blender 4.5.
