In trying to get good looking grass into my game that will be deployed on a low spec laptop (4gb, i3 with intel 4200hd) I’m having problems, I’ve been using the kite demo textures as per the grass tutorial from epic, however the grass is 2k and when I compress in editor to 512 it looks seriously bad and distorted.
I’ve tried alternatively using the infinity blade grass textures, they also seem pretty stretched and distorted, using 3D worldcoordinates presents similar issues.
I’ve also got quite a large environment, is there a way to make this work, please help, as I’m banging my head against a wall ATM.
