Summary

All of my Niagara systems that use mesh emitters are either throwing this error and crashing verse or simply will not load.

Steps to Reproduce

Have an existing map with Niagara systems using Mesh renders and try to use one

Expected Result

It would load normally

Observed Result

Either will not load the vfx, or it will crash the game.

Windows/PC

Additional Notes

Note that I am observing this in every single Niagara system that uses a mesh emitter. Likely has to do with the new section in meshes: no default mesh parameter binding, default to LOD level, or something related to whatever has been pushed here.
