Niagara Shader Module Delegate Never Set

I am on 4.25.4 and I am also having this crash with packaged builds.

I set all systems to CPU and “fixed bounds” but I was never able to prevent the crash. Identical error every time I built the game.

I’ve ended up removing all Niagara systems for now. Once I’m able to migrate to 4.26 hopefully this has been fixed in that build?
