Start by saving your project files outside of your OneDrive storage.
It doesn’t help…I believe the reason is in Niagara

I got the same packaging error and solved by deleting the CreateDefaultSubobject assignment for the niagara system. I didn’t know that niagara systems don’t need their subobjects at that time.
If you use CreateDefaultSubObject for your niagara system, please try to delete it.
