Niagara particle system plays at a different speed UE5.2

Hi! I wanted to create this simple portal effect, but I noticed that the effect is playing differently in the viewport. The project in the video is a stock Third Person Template.
I’ve already tried:

Maybe there is something in the emitter tied to the framerate, which would most likely be higher in the Niagara editor compared to the game.

Yeah, it does have something tied to the framerate, because if I limit my engine fps to 30 it solves the problem. But I don’t know what could be tied to the framerate or how to fix it. I’ve already went through every possible setting in the Niagara editor.
