Niagara Layer element in Composure - depth sorting issue UE5

Hi people,
I have an issue with layers in Composure. I have created a foreground plate element to go in-front of my media plate. I’ve just two assets to it - a desk and Niagara system, using a layer and ‘included’ it in the plate. The desk is placed in-front of me, as expected, but the Niagara burst is still playing behind me. The particles are still interacting with the desk by lying on it, as they should. But only in the editor view). Is there some kind of depth-sorting
