What happens when you get close to it ?
How did you setup your mipmaps and how are the mips setup in the material ?
What happens when you change scalability settings ?

ok thank you anyways
The Issue was the TriplanerCameraVector in the Material. It somehow downscaled my texture. I dont know how to fix it with using the TriplanerCamerVector, so i deleted it. I dont have the moving image now but atleast its quality is good.
