Niagara different particle count same project, same emitter, same editor, different machines

As the title says. I am checking this project on two computers. I tried checking every aspect of the simulation. Without knowing why one of the Flip systems has higher particle count but having the same parameters.

Any idea of where I could start debugging this?

I did some checking on some aspects of the Niagara fluid template. I don’t know if they updated the plugin files or the template files but the Particles per Cell user parameter doesn’t change the number of particles spawned .
Did anyone encounter the bug?
