If FPS is high the niagara system works fine, but if i cap it to 30 FPS the system acts weird, is there anything i can do to make the behaviour be the same no matter the fps?

I found a solution, in the system properties there is an option to use fixed frame time, now the behaviour is the same no matter the fps, the only drawback is i cant use collision in the particles anymore.
