Niagara 3D Gas Emitter Templates Don't Work Out of Box 5.2 and 5.3

I am trying to create some 3D Gas Simulations on Windows Platform and upon opening any new template I get an error on the time that says ‘Failed to Add Module EmitterState to section of type MovieSceneNiagaraEmitterSection. Message: Failed to bind ‘length’ for module’.

Has anyone had this same issue and found the solution?

Downloaded 5.2.1 and the 3d Gas is working! Downloaded 5.3.1 and the3D gas is still not working.
