Distance - 3D Fractal Short Film
Real-time VR experiences are quite the goal, and Machina Infinitum has developed their plugin ‘Essence’ for Unreal Engine 5 to help them with that. Showcasing the power of Essence, the team created “Distance,” a 3D fractals short film, making the most of how Lumen interacts with it even with denoisers disabled and antialiasing up to 64, including different passes, giving them even more control than ever before!
Sylvia Cheng’s latest environment has been many months in the works under the mentorship at Think Tank Training Centre. Based on the concept by Josh Norman, Sunken Temple showcases the time, effort, and skill that has gone into its creation, featuring made-from-scratch foliage, trim sheets, buildings, and decals!

SunsetVoiceCG, a solo developer, crafted this musically desperate tale in Unreal Engine 5 in just one month as a part of the Jccenters Summer Camp Project.
