Newly Uploaded game will not launch from launcher

I have a dev build that, when pushed to Stage, would not launch from the EGS client, though if you launch from the directory itself, the game works fine. I tried changing the name of the executable and re-uploading the binay with the BPT, but the problem still persists. I have scoured the documentation and nothing clues me in as to what I am doing wrong.

Do any of you have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

For the record I actually did that back on the 18th and have not yet received any acknowledgement that the discussion was noticed.

I’ve asked for a refund of fees. This matter was risen on support messages on 03/18 and it has been over 2 weeks without the slightest acknowledgement of my issue. I will not be releasing on EGS if this is the level of developer support that is offered, and if you can expedite my refund I would be appreciative.
