Newbie question, just adding material to floor, strange scaling


Iam just started with Unreal development, iam just trying to add some matrial to the floor from the starter contentpack. Its getting scaled very strange, any ideas whats wrong?



The floor is just a mesh, and not BSP, so the UV is not tiled on it, its only displays the texture once, even after scaled. You need to either adjust the tiling of the material, or create a bsp cube and use that as floor.
