I tried asking this question elsewhere but it vanished before appearing…wrong category maybe? I am brand new to Unreal. I just installed UE5. I went to the marketplace free section and tried to download items. The first three times I got a white screen saying “Thanks!” and nothing else. The fourth time I got a message saying I would be sent a receipt for the item. I received the receipt, but nothing else. My account activity says I’ve downloaded four items, but I haven’t received anything. What am I doing wrong?
You get them in the Launcher ( library tab )
