Hello! We are developing an immersive sim RPG and would like to implement a system similar to the one in Fallout: New Vegas, including a sort of SPECIAL system, attributes, skills and perks. Are there any tutorial for advanced mechanics like those or are able to help us in this matter? Thanks!

Attributes: Armor, Resistance, Damage, etc.
Perks: Progression, Save Game, Ability Advancement, Combat Modifiers, etc.
