New to unreal. Introduction

Hello everyone. I am new to unreal. I do not work for a studio, or for anyone. I am a solo hobbyist self learning unreal. I am not doing game development. I have always had a passion for scene design, story telling and animation. I finally have some free time and have been using it to learn what I can in ue5. I am struggling, and have a lot of animation/rigging and cinematic questions but still having a blast. I have gone through the knowledge base and YouTube for some help, does anyone else have recommendations for learning animation and rigging for sequencer in unreal? forewarning: I am not good with the unreal lingo yet and am afraid of blueprints. I look forward to learning as much as I can as I make my custom cinematic animations.

Welcome to unreal engine

Based on your interests I advise you to make story VR move game you don’t need a programmer for it boils down to only Audio, story plot script, shooting style, camera tipe, lights whit colors + mesh texture a wizard of C+ is not needed BP can hadell it YSE!!!
For free youtube tutorial whit hellp of official documentation from unreal engine or with a few bucks at the Epik marketplace!!!

shortcuts tips!!! Buy a VR headset one with 4 sensors you can use it to extrapolate Skeletal mesh animation template in your room is make upper body only you have to do the legs by hand you have yse starter template to edit low stres yse wey job…with VR you can be the cameraman filming shot of the play prepared before put the action in your animation play back and go around with the vr camera take cuts
PS. You need a special glove for the fingers animation which are very important in cinema fingers are to be avoided as much as possible it takes too long to make them by hand!!! Buy gloves!!!
