Hello everyone,
I’m fairly new to Unreal Engine and really enjoying the learning process so far. I’ve been exploring different parts of the engine like Blueprints, level design, and materials, but I still feel like there’s a lot to understand and improve on.
I wanted to join this community to learn from experienced developers and also share my progress along the way. One thing I’m currently trying to figure out is how to better optimize performance while working on small projects, especially when it comes to lighting and textures.
If anyone has tips, beginner-friendly advice, or common mistakes to avoid, I’d really appreciate your input. I’m also open to any recommended tutorials or workflows that helped you when you were starting out.
