Hello everyone! I’m new to Unreal Engine 5, I’m a digital and pixel artist and now I’m getting on the 3d world too as a new hobby, I’ve been watching tutorials and practicing the app. I would like to ask some questions about it. I have a low-mid end pc, so I need to keep the graphic settings the lowest possible, I’m not interested on game developing, I’m interested on scene and world building as a hobby, so what gameplay settings I should disable since I won’t use any of them? I also disabled the lumen lights to improve performance, but every time I start new project they’re active again, I also disabled autosave since it saved changes I didn’t wanted, but it’s there again, how can I keep my settings for all new projects? I set scalability to low, another settings I should disable to improve my performance? Another question, I the world partition setting helps improving performance, but not sure for the type of designs I’m making, should I keep it ? should I keep the clouds and sky background, or it takes much space? I would like to create worlds and some big ones too, suggestions to keep the file size smaller and stable performance? another suggestions to have better performance? Another question, how I can create an empty blank world? Each time I open new project it starts with the hills landscape, I opened new level, then save and exit, I come back and spawns on the default hills again, so I tried opening a new project and erased everything on the starting landscape, then save and exit and I come back and the it’s there again like before, I would really like to keep my empty world since I’m slowly only adding few assets and modifications to keep the file as as small as possible, and always having the hills file there just adds up memory I can’t afford to have. Also, on my project files, I have a webache folder, and it takes a lot of memory, it’s safe to erase it?
