New Source IP not updating?

Hello, I am having an issue and need help. The Source - Perforce - IP to the server is not updating to the new successful IP. I don’t know what to do to fix this. The only way I can log in to my server is if I put in all the new correct information and let the connection fail, try again, and it recognizes it and I can connect. The problem is I have to do this every single time I start UE4… I’ve put up with this for a few weeks, I’m upset and I can’t take it anymore, so now I’m here.

What can I do to fix this? Is there some sort of cache somewhere I can delete to put in new info into the Source so it will stick? It does not remember the successful login settings at all and reloads the previous server’s information…

Edit - Editor Preferences - General - Loading & Saving - Source Control - (CHECKMARK) Use Global Settings
