You can start with an architectural project and then import the necessary elements from the standard VR template using the green “Add New” button in the content browser. Click on the button, choose at the top “Add Feature or Content Pack” and then click on Virtual Reality.
At this point you will see the VR elements inside the Content Browser. You can then place the VR Pawn in your level and start experiencing it in VR. Remember that in order to use teleportation, you need to have a working nav mesh. Drag a New Mesh Bounds Volume component from the Modes pane to your level, press P to make it visible, then adjust it so it covers your floor. Now you can teleport around your level.
