New mesh won't accept decals???

I’ve imported a new mesh and for some reason it will not accept decals.

I’ve tried just dragging it from the editor content browser into a test level, and the same for another mesh. The older mesh shows decals fine, but not the new mesh.

Is there a setting I’m forgetting somewhere?

Found this issue. I needed to check bEnablePerPolyCollision in the material settings of the mesh.
