New Material Override Method?

I’m a bit confused with the new Dev Kit’s Material override system.

How I used to do it: I used to duplicate the Mesh from the Game/Engine Folder then Move that file into my Mod/Content Folder.

I would then Edit the Mesh and make sure it uses the Material from my Mod/Content Directory. This USED to work.

Now I cannot figure out how to get materials that are in my content folder applied to my meshes.

Specifically I’m working with the Ruin Pieces

The Static Meshes are visible in game, but the Materials/Textures are all Alpha still. I’ve tried so many different methods, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone have any pieces to the puzzle that I may be missing? Material replacing was so easy before the new dev kit! :frowning:
