I just wanted to give my feedback on the way the documentation has been changed… IT’S TERRRIBLE!!!
It is so much more difficult to find anything currently. Doing simple searches to find things like where the .h file moved in the folder structure are nightmares now.
My apologies if this is a double post, but the forum upgrade was equally bad, and that never got changed. So I’m not holding my breath, but wanted to give my feedback.
Thanks for the feedback—we’re working on a number of improvements to our search functionality, and these examples are helpful to us improving the tool. I’ll pass it along.
I mean the simple one is. If you go to documentation and search for a class, it should probably sometimes find the class. It used to. Now the API documentation is completely worthless. That seems like a pretty basic one… That has been broken for quite some time now.
Simple things like finding the right file to include, can be a real pita at times right now. When you used to be able to easily look it up. Now if you search for a class, you get some high level overview only.
