Guys if i bought disk Drive do i have to install epic Games launcher again with updating ue4 4.0.2 to unreal Engine 4.1.2?

Hard drive? It depends what you are doing with it.

Yeah if you put it as slave next to your main SSD / HDD and have UE4 install on main…then not. If you play to replace your boot volume with the 4tb, you probably would have to.
