I have previously worked in UE5 in August - November of last year and never had any issues while working in the editor. However, I have just started working on a new project and I am now getting very loud coil whine from my GPU, which is also going through my speakers and my headset. I have not changed or moved any parts on my PC, and it only happens in UE5. Capping the frames low, even as low as 15fps only changes the frequency of the coil whine, and turning off realtime rendering gets rid of the whine, but only when I am in selection mode and while the camera is not moving, it comes back every time I move the camera or change to landscape mode.
If I do not set these thing up and leave the editor running at default, moving the camera too quickly or zooming out to see my whole landscape causes a BSOD and system restarts.
Is this to do with 5.3.2 which came out just after I finished working on my other projects? If so, is there a way to revert to 5.3.1 to test if the issue persists?
