In recent versions, many downstream errors that don’t disrupt the project or builds stem from the Unreal Engine VS tools which hadn’t been updated for the latest versions, you may need to uninstall their module. Alternatively, some downstream errors appear sometimes regardless. I usually recommend setting your VS error reporting to “Only active documents” as well.
