New Audio Engine: Source Effects Appear Under Misc, But There are No Source Effects To Choose From

Detailed description of the issue: The new audio engine has been enabled, but none of its features appear under “sound”, and none of the effects for “source effects” are showing up.

Repro Steps - This issue occurs 100 percent of the time

Action 1 Right click in content browser and navigate to miscellaneous

Action 2 Click sound effect source preset. There are no presets available.

This happens if the audio mixer isn’t enabled – there was a bug where the new features ended up showing up under misc rather than being actually hidden. This is fixed for 4.18.
